Our fee is within the 10% of the candidate's first year salary depending on the nature of the job search. We do work on contingency basis with preferred clients. Our Guarantee
We offer a full 100% guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the candidate you hire from Job Placement Consultants Ltd. If for whatever reason the candidate you hire from us leaves on their own accord, or is released by you within the first 3 months of their employment, we will devote all necessary resources to refill your position as quickly as possible. We are flexible on the time frame for our Guarantee depending on the volume of hires and the individuals' situations. However, we will not refund any or part of the fee.
